1. About Primingo and the contracting party
Primingo is operated by Activate Solutions LTD, trading as Primingo.
Company name: Activate Solutions LTD
Company number: 16650412
Business address: 20 Stockport Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, United Kingdom
Email: [email protected]
Website: https://primingo.com/
Primingo operates an online storefront and platform for digital products and access-based services, which may include subscription access, account access, profile access, seat or team invitations, recharges, upgrades, activation instructions, licence or key details, usage-credit products, and support-assisted digital delivery.
Unless a product page clearly identifies a different contracting seller before checkout, the contract for your order is between you and Activate Solutions LTD. Describing Primingo as a โmarketplaceโ or โplatformโ does not by itself mean that an undisclosed third party is your contracting seller.
If Primingo later introduces independent third-party sellers, their identity, contact details, responsibilities, and applicable terms must be shown before checkout.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to create an account or place an order. By ordering on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, delivery, and contact information. Primingo may request proportionate verification where reasonably necessary for payment security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or order fulfilment.
3. Documents that form your agreement
Your agreement with Primingo may include:
- mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded;
- the product page and selected plan displayed when you placed the order;
- the order summary and confirmation;
- the Delivery Policy;
- the Refund Policy;
- the Warranty & Replacement Policy;
- these Terms; and
- the Privacy Policy and applicable Cookie Policy for personal-data and cookie matters.
The product page is the primary source for product-specific commercial information, including the selected product, plan, duration, access type, delivery estimate, included features, usage limits, region or device restrictions, credential permissions, and any stated warranty or replacement period.
If two documents conflict, mandatory law applies first. For a product-specific matter, the product page and selected plan shown at checkout normally take priority over a general policy. A product page cannot remove a mandatory legal right. If two Primingo promises conflict, the clearer or more favourable specific promise made to the customer at the time of purchase will apply where required by law.
Save or print the product page, order confirmation, and these Terms for your records.

5. Product descriptions and product-specific terms
Read the full Product Page before ordering. Product types can differ materially. A product may be shared or private, profile-based or account-based, delivered to your own email or through supplied access, limited by region or device, manually configured, time-based, or measured by credits, seats, minutes, generations, messages, or another usage unit.
Only features and permissions expressly shown on the Product Page are included. Do not assume that you can change a password, recovery email, billing details, region, security settings, ownership details, or other credentials unless the Product Page or Primingo support expressly confirms this.
Images, logos, and examples may be used to identify or explain a product. Minor visual differences that do not materially change the promised product do not by themselves make the product defective. This does not excuse a material difference from the description relied on when ordering.
Third-party platforms may change their interfaces, features, device support, regional availability, prices, or rules. Primingo will assess any resulting order issue under the Product Page, applicable policies, and mandatory consumer law.
6. How an order is placed and accepted
The normal order process is:
- select a product and plan;
- review its price, currency, duration, access type, delivery time, usage rules, and warranty or replacement information;
- provide and check the required account, billing, and delivery information;
- accept these Terms and the linked policies;
- provide any separate consent required for immediate digital supply;
- choose a payment method and submit an order carrying an obligation to pay; and
- receive an order acknowledgement, payment result, and later delivery or order-status confirmation.
An automated acknowledgement means Primingo received your order; it does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted. Primingo may reject or cancel an order before delivery for a failed or reversed payment, suspected fraud, legal or security restriction, unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, unsupported location, or inability to supply the selected Product.
A contract is normally formed when Primingo accepts the order and sends confirmation or begins the agreed digital supply. If Primingo captured payment but cannot accept or fulfil the order, it will provide an appropriate cancellation, refund, Store Credit, alternative, or other remedy in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Primingo will provide confirmation in an email or another durable format that you can save. Check the order details promptly and contact support if something is incorrect.
7. Prices, taxes, currency, and payment
The price and currency payable are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, fees, discounts, and delivery charges - if any - will be displayed before you submit the order. Primingo sells digital products and does not charge physical shipping fees.
Payments may be offered through cards, wallets, cryptocurrency, Store Credit, or another method displayed at checkout. Payment services may be provided by Stripe, a cryptocurrency payment provider, a card network, a bank, or another provider. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.
Your bank, wallet, card issuer, or payment provider may charge conversion, network, or international transaction fees that Primingo does not control. Cryptocurrency values and network fees may change between payment and any eligible refund.
Primingo may place a payment or order under review to prevent fraud, chargebacks, unauthorised use, or security incidents. Delivery time starts only after payment is successfully confirmed and the order is eligible for processing.
You must not use a payment method without the account holder's permission. Submitting a knowingly false payment dispute or chargeback is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising a genuine legal right or contacting their payment provider about an unresolved dispute.
8. Primingo Store Credit
Primingo may issue refundable Store Credit, promotional Store Credit, or another credit type. The balance, permitted use, refundability, transferability, withdrawal availability, and any expiry must be shown when the credit is issued or in the applicable credit terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Store Credit may be used only for eligible Primingo purchases;
- Store Credit is not transferable between customers;
- promotional credit is not redeemable or withdrawable for cash;
- a refund credit issued under the Refund Policy follows the terms stated in that Policy; and
- suspected credit abuse, duplication, reversal, or unauthorised access may be investigated.
Where a customer has a legal right to a cash refund, Primingo will not force Store Credit as a substitute unless the customer freely agrees or the law permits that remedy.
9. Digital delivery
Primingo supplies digital products only and does not ship physical goods.
The Product Page shows the main delivery estimate and whether the order uses automated or manual processing. Delivery time begins after successful payment confirmation. Primingo does not guarantee instant delivery for every Product.
Depending on the Product, delivery may occur through:
- the Primingo account, product, or order section;
- the checkout email address;
- a seat or team invitation;
- recharge or upgrade confirmation;
- activation or licence information;
- live chat or support communication; or
- another method clearly described before or after checkout.
A Product may be treated as delivered when Primingo makes the promised access, details, invitation, recharge, activation, key, licence, instructions, or other digital benefit available through the stated channel.
You are responsible for providing the correct email and requested information and for checking your Primingo account, order section, inbox, spam or promotions folders, and support messages. If delivery is delayed because information is incorrect or required instructions are not followed, Primingo may ask you to correct the issue before processing continues.
If the stated delivery time passes without delivery, contact support. Primingo will review the order and may provide a status update, revised estimate, alternative, cancellation, refund, Store Credit, or another remedy under the Delivery and Refund Policies and applicable law.
10. Immediate supply and cancellation rights
Consumers may have a statutory cancellation or cooling-off right for distance contracts. The applicable right depends on the customer's location and whether the order is digital content, a service, or another form of digital supply.
For a UK consumer:
- the cancellation period is generally 14 days for eligible distance contracts;
- before digital content is supplied during that period, Primingo must obtain the consumer's express request for immediate supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right may be lost once supply begins;
- where an eligible service begins during the cancellation period at the consumer's express request, the consumer may have to pay a proportionate amount if they cancel after performance has begun, and the right may end once the service is fully performed with the required acknowledgement; and
- failure to obtain the legally required consent and acknowledgement may mean the cancellation right continues.
Where immediate delivery is available and the law requires it, checkout will request the required consent separately and the order confirmation will record it. Simply accepting these Terms does not replace separate consent where the law requires one.
Change-of-mind cancellation rights are separate from rights where a Product is faulty, invalid, unsafe, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms or a Product Page removes mandatory consumer rights.
Consumers outside the UK may have different mandatory cancellation rights under local law. Contact support promptly if you wish to cancel before delivery or during any applicable cancellation period.
11. Refunds, corrections, replacements, and warranties
Refund, correction, replacement, and commercial warranty eligibility depends on the Product Page, selected plan, delivery status, access method, issue cause, usage, and applicable law.
There is no universal five-day warranty for every Primingo Product. A commercial warranty or replacement period applies only when it is shown on the Product Page or selected plan. The stated period normally begins at the time specified on the Product Page or, if not specified, when delivery is completed.
For a Product that is invalid on delivery, materially not as described, or stops working during an applicable warranty period for an eligible reason, Primingo will normally review the evidence and may first troubleshoot, correct, restore, or replace the Product. If an eligible problem cannot be corrected or replaced within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, an appropriate refund, price reduction, Store Credit accepted by the customer, or another lawful remedy may be provided.
Product-specific commercial warranties are additional promises. They do not replace statutory rights that may continue after the commercial warranty expires.
Warranty or refund eligibility may be affected where the issue was caused by unauthorised credential changes, sharing or resale, unsupported devices or regions clearly disclosed before purchase, violation of instructions, unlawful use, third-party terms violations, or other customer-caused misuse. A customer-caused issue does not remove unrelated mandatory rights.
Refunds approved as cash are normally sent to the original payment method where technically possible. Cryptocurrency refunds, exchange-rate differences, payment-provider limitations, and network fees are handled under the Refund Policy. Store Credit may be offered where permitted, but it will not replace a mandatory cash remedy without the customer's agreement where such agreement is required.
To request review, contact support with the order number, checkout email, Product name, a clear description, and proportionate evidence such as an error screenshot. Do not send personal passwords, full card details, recovery phrases, or unrelated sensitive information.
Read the current:
12. Customer accounts and credential security
Keep your Primingo login and contact email secure. Use accurate information, a unique password, and available security controls. Notify Primingo if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where the activity resulted from your failure to take reasonable security steps. You are not responsible for activity caused by Primingo's breach or another cause for which the law makes Primingo responsible.
For a Product supplied with shared, private, profile, seat, recharge, or full-access credentials, follow the exact permissions shown on the Product Page. Do not change passwords, recovery information, billing details, region, two-factor authentication, security settings, or ownership information unless expressly permitted.
Do not send Primingo credentials from your unrelated personal accounts, payment passwords, one-time banking codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases, or private keys.
13. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use Primingo to browse, place lawful orders, access purchased Products as described, manage your account, and contact support.
You must not:
- use Primingo or a Product for fraud, hacking, harassment, spam, scraping, malware, cheating, abuse, or other unlawful activity;
- resell, transfer, redistribute, or share a Product unless the Product Page expressly allows it;
- copy, reproduce, or distribute software, content, licences, credentials, or intellectual property without permission;
- bypass payment, access controls, security measures, product limits, regional restrictions, or delivery systems;
- interfere with Primingo's website, servers, APIs, checkout, stock, Store Credit, reviews, support, or other customers;
- submit false identity, payment, delivery, warranty, refund, or dispute information;
- manipulate referrals, promotions, credits, replacements, reviews, or affiliate tracking;
- change credentials or account settings contrary to the Product Page or support instructions; or
- use a Product in a way that breaches applicable law or the clearly disclosed rules of the relevant third-party service.
Primingo may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action. Serious or repeated violations may result in order cancellation, loss of a customer-caused commercial warranty claim, account restriction, suspension, termination, or referral to a payment provider or lawful authority. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
14. Suspension, order cancellation, and account termination
Primingo may restrict or suspend an account or order where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorised payment, security risks, abusive conduct, prohibited use, legal restrictions, or a material breach of these Terms.
Where reasonable and safe, Primingo will explain the issue and allow the customer to provide information or correct a remediable breach. Immediate action may be taken for serious fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or risks to other users or systems.
Suspension or termination does not automatically remove a customer's entitlement concerning an unfulfilled order, approved refund, retained personal data, or mandatory consumer right. Outstanding orders and balances will be handled according to their status, credit type, applicable policies, and law.
You may ask to close your Primingo account. Account closure does not cancel completed orders, erase records that must lawfully be retained, or automatically create a refund right.
15. Third-party platforms, brands, and rules
Product names, trademarks, logos, software, and third-party content belong to their respective owners. Primingo is an independent business and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, maintained by, or sponsored by third-party brands unless a Product Page expressly states otherwise.
Third-party products and platforms have their own terms, privacy notices, regional rules, device requirements, account controls, and enforcement decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and following the rules relevant to your use.
Primingo does not control every third-party update, outage, restriction, account action, or service discontinuation. However, this does not remove Primingo's responsibility where the Product supplied by Primingo fails to meet the description, Product Page promise, commercial warranty, or mandatory legal standard.
16. Primingo intellectual property
Primingo's name, original text, graphics, layout, software, databases, product-card system, and website functionality are owned by or licensed to Activate Solutions LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Primingo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This does not transfer ownership of Primingo or third-party intellectual property.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, republish, sell, or commercially exploit Primingo content or systems except where the law permits or Primingo gives written permission.
17. Privacy, cookies, and communications
Primingo processes personal data under its Privacy Policy. Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies require consent, Primingo will request it separately in accordance with applicable law.
Primingo may send operational communications needed for an account or order, including payment confirmations, delivery messages, security alerts, refund updates, and support replies. Promotional electronic marketing is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable marketing law.
Keep your email and contact information current. Notices sent to the contact information associated with your account may be treated as received when delivered, except where law requires another method.
18. Website and service availability
Primingo aims to keep the website, account area, delivery systems, and support available, but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, payment-provider issues, internet outages, third-party platform changes, and events outside reasonable control may cause temporary disruption.
Primingo will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate material order delays where appropriate. Nothing in this section excuses an obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Liability
Consumers
If you are a Consumer, Primingo is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of Primingo breaching these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Primingo is not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses arising from consumer use, or for loss caused solely by your misuse contrary to clear instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Business Customers
If you are a Business Customer, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Primingo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data. Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, Primingo's aggregate liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Primingo is not liable for a third-party platform's independent act, outage, policy change, or enforcement decision that Primingo did not cause and could not reasonably control. This limitation does not apply where Primingo breached an express Product Page promise, failed to supply the agreed Product, or otherwise remains responsible under applicable law.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of the country where you normally live. You may bring a claim in any court that applicable consumer law permits. Business Customers agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Contact Primingo support first where practical so we can try to resolve the issue. This request does not prevent you from using a regulator, court, payment dispute, or other remedy available by law.
21. Changes to these Terms
Primingo may update these Terms for future use when laws, products, providers, security requirements, or business operations change. The updated version will be posted with a new โLast updatedโ date.
The version accepted when an order was placed normally continues to govern that completed order. Primingo will not apply a material change retrospectively where doing so would unlawfully reduce an existing right. If a change materially affects an ongoing service or account relationship, Primingo will provide additional notice where required.
22. General legal terms
- Severability: If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
- No waiver: A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not transfer an account or contract without Primingo's written permission. Primingo may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a genuine business transfer if your rights are not reduced.
- Third-party rights: Unless these Terms expressly say otherwise, a person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce it.
- Entire agreement for Business Customers: These Terms, the Product Page, order confirmation, and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the order. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Events outside reasonable control: Primingo is not responsible for delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and provide any remedy required by law.

Terms and Conditions FAQs
Who is my contract with when I order from Primingo?
Unless a Product Page identifies another seller before checkout, your contract is with Activate Solutions LTD, trading as Primingo, company number 16650412.
Does every Primingo Product have the same warranty?
No. A commercial warranty or replacement period applies only when it is shown on the Product Page or selected plan. It is additional to mandatory consumer rights.
Does Primingo guarantee instant delivery?
No. The Product Page shows the delivery estimate and whether manual processing may be required. Delivery time begins after payment confirmation.
What happens if a Product is invalid or not as described?
Contact support with your order details and proportionate evidence. Primingo may troubleshoot, correct, restore, or replace the Product first. If the eligible problem cannot be resolved, a refund, price reduction, agreed Store Credit, or another lawful remedy may apply.
Can I change the password or recovery details?
Only when the Product Page or Primingo support expressly permits it. Unauthorised changes can cause access loss and may affect a customer-caused warranty claim.
Can I cancel a digital order?
Cancellation depends on delivery status, product type, location, any separate request for immediate supply, and applicable law. Mandatory rights are not removed by these Terms or the Refund Policy.
Which rules apply if the Product Page and a policy differ?
Mandatory law applies first. For product-specific information, the Product Page and selected plan shown at checkout normally control. A Product Page cannot remove a mandatory right.
